ج ) پرداخت پیشفاکتور به حساب مرکز ملی شماره گذاری کالا و خدمات ایران.
د ) ارائه پیش فاکتور به نماینده, جهت اخذ تائیدیه مالی.
ه ) تکمیل فرم مشخصات فنی محصولات و پیگیری جهت دریافت.
در این مرحله مشخصات ارسالی محصولات متقاضی توسط کارشناسان نماینده کارشناسی شده و برای تائید به تهران فرستاده می شود.
و ) پیگیری از نماینده توسط متقاضی جهت رفع سوالات احتمالی کارشناسان.
