تمام تولید کنندگان کالا یا خدمات که به هر نحو عرضه کننده محصولی می باشند می باید به عضویت در سیستم در آمده و برای محصولات خود ایران کد دریافت کنند.همچنین توزیع کنندگانی که با برند (نام تجاری)خود کالا توزیع می نمایند, میباید عضو سیستم و نظام ملی طبقه بندی کالا و خدمات شده و برای کالای توزیعی خود کد دریافت کنند. متقاضیان می توانند با در دست داشتن مدارک لازم با مراجعه به یکی از نمایندگان مرکز ملی شماره گذاری کالا و خدمات ایران اقدام به عضويت نمايند.

الف ) <a href="http://www.azcode.ir/index.php/component/artforms/?formid=3" target="_blank" title="عضويت الكترونيكي در ايران كد ">عضویت الکترونیکی</a> یا مراجعه به یکی از دفاتر نمایندگی. <br />ب ) تکمیل مدارک, معرفی رابط فنی و دریافت پیشفاکتور. <br /><strong><div style="color: #ff7900; text-align: center">ارائه فایل تصاویراسکن شده از اصل مدارک از طریق آدرس <a href="mailto:info@azcode.ir?subject=irancode">info@azcode.ir</a> و یا تحویل بر رو CD.</div></strong>ج ) پرداخت پیشفاکتور به حساب مرکز ملی شماره گذاری کالا و خدمات ایران. <br />د ) ارائه پیش فاکتور به نماینده, جهت اخذ تائیدیه مالی. <br />ه ) تکمیل فرم مشخصات فنی محصولات و پیگیری جهت دریافت. <br /><strong><div style="color: #ff7900; text-align: center">در این مرحله مشخصات ارسالی محصولات متقاضی توسط کارشناسان نماینده کارشناسی شده و برای تائید به تهران فرستاده می شود.</div></strong>و ) پیگیری از نماینده توسط متقاضی جهت رفع سوالات احتمالی کارشناسان. <br />ز ) دریافت ایران کدهای تولید و تائید شده به همراه کدهای بین المللی GS1 بر روی CD یا email به همراه فایلهای مورد نیاز برای چاپ .

بله , در اين سیستم بازرگانان به نوعی تولید کننده محسوب شده و برای کالای وارداتی خود کد منحصر به فردی همچون سایر کالاهای تولید داخل دریافت می کنند.
